 We use AirBnB as our primary reservation platform.  The advantages of AirBnB include protections for you and for us, easy booking, communication, payment, and collection, & it is a reliable, worldwide, trusted platform.

  The disadvantage is that, under AirBnB's business model, you, the guest, pay the bulk of the cost of operating the platform -- AirBnB adds & collects a "service fee" from you of 10-15%.
